Wilpena Womens Weekend

4 day, 3 night yoga, culture, bushwalking & glamping retreat on Adnyamathanha Country

2024 Retreat Dates: October 4-7

*Early Bird available* Book Now

Picture this: you arrive, welcomed onto Adnyamathanha Country, become connected with like-minded women, wake each day in your cosy glamping tent, embrace sunrise meditation, hike into sacred Wilpena Pound, have your meals lovingly prepared for you 3 times per day, spend all day witnessing nature and wildlife and tending to your body and breath with yoga.

Now imagine returning home and waking from the best sleep you have had in months (or even years), integrating firmer boundaries and active rest as a daily non-negotiable part of your life, and having the unapologetic willingness to say yes to yourself. You’ve found a community of likeminded women that support you through life’s ebbs and flows. This is what our guests have been experiencing time and time again, and what you could too on retreat with us on Adnyamathanha Country.

Sarah and Elise are passionate about helping women to embody wellness and self-healing tools, making them accessible for everyday life.

The Wilpena Women's Weekend is an all-inclusive package that brings you all of their favourite things, combining luxurious and heated glamping safari tent accommodation, nourishing restaurant prepared meals, yoga, meditation, breathwork, bushwalking and cultural experiences on Adnyamathanha Country at the ancient and sacred site of Ikara, within Flinders Ranges National Park. This weekend will leave you feeling connected, restored and transformed, with a deeper sense of place and belonging, on Country and in life.

This retreat is not for ‘sightseeing’ (although you will get to see so much of the beauty that Ikara provides, from all angles!) - instead, it’s truly a fully immersive experience. We’re about to take ‘Connecting to Country’ to a whole new level ♥️

FREE Connecting to Country Breath Meditation

Take 30mins just for yourself to breathe, sit and connect into Adnyamathanha Country with Sarah. On each retreat, connecting to Country is a huge part of what and ‘how’ we do. Working with local Adnyamathanha guides, practicing yoga & breathwork outside in nature, bushwalking amongst the River Red Gums, Native Pines and stunning red rock. This cultural, physical and spiritual connection that we build, is an essential ingredient to the transformation experienced on retreat with us.
